Nigeria Lost $4bn to Oil Thieves in 9 Months, Says Tony Elumelu The Chairman of Heirs Holdings, Mr. Tony Elumelu, yesterday, disclosed that Nigeria lost $4 billion worth of crude oil to thieves in the first nine months of 2021.
